Data controller

Mehmet Akif Dokumacı determines how this website operates and uses personal data under the NOKNG brand and is its data controller. The personal-data contact is madokumacii@gmail.com. NOKNG is used here as a brand name, not as the name of a separate legal entity.

Data and collection methods

When you access the site, your IP address, requested page, request time and technical information sent by your browser reach hosting infrastructure electronically and automatically. Explicit TR/EN choices are saved in a language cookie.

Name/company, email and message fields are used in browser memory for the draft/copy action you initiate; they are not sent to a website backend. Name, email and request contents you send to the privacy address from your email application are received through email. There is no membership, purchasing, advertising profiling or automated decision-making.

Purposes and legal grounds

Technical connection information is processed to serve the site, troubleshoot errors and maintain security. Language preferences maintain your chosen language. These limited activities rely on legitimate interests in site operation and the requested preference service under Article 5(2)(f), subject to protection of your fundamental rights and freedoms.

Assessing and responding to KVKK requests relies on the legal obligation under Article 5(2)(ç). Application records necessary to establish, exercise or protect a right fall under Article 5(2)(e). Browsing or opening a draft is not a general statement of consent.

Recipients and infrastructure abroad

Technical request information is processed through Vercel hosting for delivery and security. Privacy correspondence is received through Gmail. Draft and clipboard actions involve your selected applications and device. Instagram and AVLU are visited only if you open the external links.

Vercel server functions are configured for iad1/United States and a delivery network is used; Gmail may also use infrastructure abroad. An implemented Article 9 transfer mechanism has not been verified for this setup. No particular standard contract or other safeguard is represented as being in place; publishing this information does not remedy the existing operational gap.

Retention

The site keeps no persistent store of form contents. The language cookie lasts 365 days; normal browsing does not extend it. No single retention period has been verified for email correspondence or provider technical records; no fixed deletion deadline is promised. Purpose-limited retention and erasure duties under Articles 4 and 7 apply.

Your rights under Article 11

You may learn whether your data is processed, obtain information, learn its purposes and whether use is consistent with them, and learn recipients in Türkiye or abroad. You may request correction, erasure/destruction where legal conditions apply, and notification of these actions to recipients.

You may object to an adverse result based solely on automated analysis and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing. Statutory complaint and judicial remedies remain available.

Requests

Address requests to Mehmet Akif Dokumacı at madokumacii@gmail.com. Statutory applications follow the methods, required information and proportionate identity-verification conditions in the Communiqué on Applications to the Data Controller. Ordinary email is subject to the condition concerning an applicant’s previously supplied and registered address; this mailbox is not presented as the sole unconditional statutory method for everyone.

Valid applications must be answered as soon as appropriate and within 30 days at the latest. Do not send unnecessary identity documents or sensitive personal information. The hello@nokng.com mailbox is not operational and should not be used for privacy requests.
