When you visit

Your IP address, requested page, request time and technical information sent by your browser reach Vercel hosting to deliver pages and provide technical security. Vercel Web Analytics is disabled; the site has no advertising pixels, session replay or social-media embeds. Fonts and images load from the same site origin.

The site offers no accounts, memberships, online purchases or customer dashboards. An explicit TR/EN choice is saved in the first-party lvnaria-language cookie for 365 days. Cookies left by the previous version may be read until their existing expiry; normal browsing does not renew it. The Cookie Policy provides details.

Forms and email

Name/company, email and message fields are used only in the page’s browser memory to prepare a draft. The form has no submission API or site database. Field contents are not sent to the site server or written to localStorage or sessionStorage.

“Open email draft” passes the information to your selected email application, where you send it yourself. “Copy message” writes text to the device clipboard. Neither proves sending or delivery. The hello@nokng.com mailbox used by the general project draft is not operational. For privacy matters use madokumacii@gmail.com; messages you send there are handled through Gmail.

Providers and retention

Vercel serves the website; Gmail is used for privacy correspondence. Your email application and clipboard follow your device settings. Instagram and AVLU are external links only; their own data practices apply after you open them.

Vercel server functions are configured for iad1/United States and a delivery network is used; Gmail may also use infrastructure abroad. An implemented transfer safeguard under Turkish KVKK Article 9 has not been verified for this setup. This policy does not claim that such a safeguard exists or that international-transfer obligations have been completed.

The site does not persist form contents. No single retention period has been verified for email correspondence and provider technical records, so no fixed period is promised. Vercel’s one-hour runtime-log window does not mean that all provider records are deleted after one hour. Purpose-limited retention and statutory erasure duties apply.
